There are two important building projects that the church board has voted to recommend to the church members for review and vote. Our intent is to reach more members by providing this information electronically instead of having an in-person church business meeting.

School roof
Motion summary: After reviewing several bids, the church board recommends the bid from American Roofing, Inc to replace the school roof.
Original quote: $74,500
Additional anticipated cost due to increase in construction materials cost and current materials shortage: $7000
Total anticipated cost: $81,500
Scope includes installation of a new, white, solar ready GAF Everguard 60mil TPO thermoplastic roofing system on the existing 4750 sq. ft school roof. The installed system will carry an extended 31 year warranty. Review the complete bid for additional details.
Gym floor
Motion summary: After reviewing several bids, the church board recommends the bid from First Choice Concrete Surfaces to redo the 2536 sq. ft. gym floor.
Cost: $24,288
The following process will be followed:
Step 1: Grind and patch floor
Step 2: Install moisture vapor barrier
Step 3: Apply heavy duty epoxy at 10mm
Step 4: Apply heavy duty epoxy at 10mm again
Step 5: Sand and paint basketball and volleyball lines
Step 6: Apply HW urethane nonslip
